It's not that often that you actually work with a builder that is straight forward and honest.  My family and I have built a few custom homes and always ran into issues with the builders we used.  On my last project in Roma Hills, I used Palazzo Development and it was by far the smoothest built I have encountered.  The figures we discusswere actual true numbers which is rare.  Of course, I had some extras that I picked out but for the most part  we were on budget.  Palazzo Development has some good contractors who know their job and do it at a fair price.  We also knocked the nearly 7000 SF home in 8 months which was another record.  If you want straight up, with a NO BS builder, you should meet with Wayne Gazzo and take it from there.

My wife and I utilized Wayne Gazzo of Palazzo Development to build our home in Roma Hills custom home back in 2006.  Palazzo Development did an outstanding job in all respects before, during, and after the build was completed.  Mr. Gazzo was very efficient at obtaining bids and coordinating payments with the subcontractors as well as overseeing all phases of the construction on a daily basis.  The quality of the final product we received is a testament to the attention to detail Palazzo Development offered each day during construction.  We plan to acquire additional property adjacent to the rear of our current property to build a garage/casita combination and will definitely utilized Palazzo Development for that project as well.  As such, it is without reservation that I hightly recommend Mr. Gazzo and Palazzo Development to any party interested in building a single family custom home in the Las Vegas area.

I recently completed a kitchen expansion/remodel with Palazzo Development.  The company's professional knowledge and experienced shinned through at every stage of the project.  No detail, whether small or large was overlooked, and any changes or modifications by myself were easily incorporated.  Palazzo Development worked with me rather than against me.  This is my second major remodel with Palazzo Development in the past 2 years.  If another change to the house comes up, the only company I would even consider is Palazzo Development.  They know what they are doing!!!

Wayne Gazzo, Palazzo Development had built our home in Roma Hills, Henderson.  Palazzo Development did an excellent job.  It is a large home with lots of upgrades and very detailed.  Wayne was very efficient and kept a very clean job.  Our home was also in the Parade of Homes in 2008.  The home showed beautifully.  If I am interested in building another home in the future, I would be very interested in working with Palazzo Development again.  Thank you.

Wayne Gazzo with Palazzo Development built our home for us in MacDonald Highlands, Henderson, Nevada.  We met Wayne & Diane when we bought our lot from them around 2007.  After purchasing the lot, they helped us with an architect to revise a plan that they designed for the site.  Our original intention was to build the home as a spec with a partner.  We ended up buying the partner out and built the house for our own residence.  It is a wonderful location on the golf course with beautiful views.  After getting to know Wayne and Diane, we decided that they definitely worked well with us.  We went to contract with Palazzo Development and they built our home.  Palazzo Development did an excellent job.  They were our builder, but they have also become our friends.  They were available for all of our questions and concerns throughout the project.  They were very efficient and were easy to work with.  We were extremely happy with their services.  THANK YOU.

It is without reservation, that I recommend Palazzo Development, (managed and run by Wayne and Diane Gazzo) for General Contractors.  I have had considerable building and remodeling experience within the commercial sector, but have never undertaken a residential construction project.  I had been very weary of residential General Contractors delivering on their promises at the agreed bid price and in a timely manner.  That is, until I was introduced to the team of Wayne and Diane Gazzo of Palazzo Development.
